Abruzzo, with its variety of cuisine influenced by landscapes ranging from mountains to sea, has greatly influenced our menu, drawing inspiration from local recipes and those passed down through generations in our family.
At Il Buco Rotterdam, every dish tells a story of tradition and authenticity. Our menu, featuring dishes like Timballo, pallotte cacio e ovo, Pizza fritta, cannelloni, sagne e ceci reflect the essence of Abruzzese cuisine.
